Based in Marbella, Domum Qualis operates a single, deliberate model: buy the right property, demolish what no longer serves it, and rebuild a complete luxury villa from the structure up. No cosmetic refreshes. No compromises inherited from a previous build.

One architect-led design team, one main contractor, and a tightly coordinated group of specialist trades — all answering to one point of accountability. The result is a turnkey residence delivered on a controlled timeline and budget.

The Domum Qualis Method

Six controlled stages take a property from acquisition to a finished residence. Nothing is left to chance, and nothing is purely cosmetic.

Sourcing and securing a single property with the right structure, plot and location to justify a full rebuild.

Architecture & Design

A complete architectural redesign with the design team. Every plan, volume and material is reconsidered from zero.

Demolition

We strip the property back to structure — and often beyond. We build from a clean slate, never over old compromises.

Construction

One main contractor and coordinated specialist trades execute the build on a controlled timeline and a defined budget.

Finishing

Materials, joinery, systems and detailing executed to the final millimetre — where luxury is either earned or lost.

Handover
